It was stated on page 2 under the heading FOREIGN SCHOOLS IN TURKEY MUST INSTRUCT IN RELIGION, that the Turkish Minister of Education circulated a memorandum ordering the study of religion. This is an error due to faulty cable transmission. The cable should have ready that the Turkish Minister of Education has ordered the foreign schools to cease religions instruction.
