The Bolshevik regime will not last much longer in the opinion of the Grand Duke Cyril, Pretender to the Russian throne, who is wintering at Nice. The Grand Duke Cyril says that the movement of a revolt is beginning to gather way and he is ready to return should a genuine desire be expressed for him to do so.

He is convinced that a Czar, avoiding the blunders of his predecessors, would have a good chance now of regenerating the country and making Russia a power worthy of its ancient traditions.
