Rabbi Moses Epstein who recently arrived in this country from Poland, is one of the beneficiaries of Mr. Werbelowsky who died several years ago leaving a large fund for Jewish charitable purposes. Attorney Gross of Philadelphia has tried for many years to get in touch with Rabbi Epstein, but had hitherto met with no success. Mr. Gross will now settle the settle the estate. Rabbi Soloweitchik, father-in-law of Rabbi Epstein, is also a legates in the Werbelowsky’s will.
