Large numbers of Jews fleeing reported pogroms in Russia, are congregated in large numbers on the Bessarabian frontier and on several occasions soldiers have been compelled to shoot in order to prevent their crossing into Rbumania. This information was received today from the Bucharest correspondent of Le Journal, whose close relationship with the Bratianu Government gives the report added credence.
