Dr. Chaim Weizmann, President of the World Zionist Organization, before leaving for Paris stated that the interview published in the Warsaw Naje Haint, reporting a conversation between him and Mr. Levite, a member of the Zionist Actions Committee, was incorrect.
“I never issued any statements concerning the plans for the creation of the Jewish Agency nor concerning the activities of the keren Hayesod in America”, Dr. Weizmann stated.
