Mr. Bloch, a Government engineer is arriving in Palestine shortly to take charge of the Haifa Technicum. The Public Works Department of the Technicum will probably be opened immediately on his arrival. The laboratories, workshops, etc. are already being prepared, and instruments and machinery have been installed. The course will last three years and graduates will obtain diplomas as assistant-engineers.
