The wildest scenes ever witnessed in the German Parliament occurred yesterday through the provocation of the Voelkische Partei when they shouted “Out with the Jews” during the discussion on the Dawes plan, declared ex-Minister Koch, speking in the house. The answer of the Voelkische Partei representatives to that accusation was “That’s it!”
