The acceptance of the Dawes plan by the German Reichstag, is in the opinion of Gen. Ludendorf a deliverance of the German victories to the Jews. He expressed this view immediately after the vote in the Reich-stage on the bills calling for the ratification on the London Agreement. After the vote, he exclaimed to Admiral Bruenninghaus member of the Reichstag. “On the tenth anniversary of the German Tannepberg Victory, you delivered this German Victory to the Jews.” The Admiral resignedly replied: “History will decide.”
