Mr. Harry M. Goldman has been appointed executive secretary of the Union of Orthodox Jewish Congregations of America. Mr. Goldman is a graduate of the College of the City of New York. He has been associate director of the Educational Alliance of Baltimore and has done social work in the Educational Alliance of New York and the Hebrew Educational Society of Brooklyn.
