The memorandum of the Zionist Organization acting as the Jewish Agency was submitted to the Mandates Commission not by Dr. Chaim Weizmann, who is still in Rome, but by Secretary Rappard. The report was circulated today among the members of the Commission.
Dr. Weizmann is expected here Sunday.
