Dr. Hertz, Chief Rabbi of Great Britain, Rabbi Israel Levi of Paris, Dr. Zevi Chajes, Chief Rabbi of Vienna, and a number of Americans will proceed to Palestine next spring to attend the opening exercises of the Institute of Jewish Studies at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
The delegation to the opening of the Institute consists of five representatives from America, England, France, Germany and Austria.
