Sir Herbert Samuel. High Commissioner of Palestine, and Mr. Norman Bentwich, the Palestine Attorney-General, have adopted a plan submitted to them by Judge A. Rosenblatt, member of the American Zionist Executive to float a loan of one or two million dollars in America and England for the newly-established Jewish municipal union in Palestine, comprising the Jewish settlements in Palestine, including Tel-Aviv and the principal Jewish colonies.

The initiators of the scheme are encouraged by the success which attended the floating of the Tel-Aviv Loan in America not long ago.
