(Jewish Telegraphic Agency)

An agreement between the Averescu government and the national minorities in Roumania for the forthcoming elections was concluded, it was learned here today.

The election bloc concluded with the government includes the Hungarians. Germans and Bulgarians and secures a certain number of representatives for these minorities. No mention is made of the negotiated agreement with the Jewish electorate, apparently because, as it was reported, the government refused to recognize the Jewish population as a national minority.
