The annual convention of the Zionist Federation of Germany was opened here Sunday in Kaisersalle. Felix Rosenblueth, representing the World Zionist Executive, delivered an address in which he reviewed the political situation of the Zionist movement.
Kurt Blumenfeld, president of the Federation, submitted his annual report. A representative of the government and the city mayor welcomed the delegates. The conference will last three days.
