A contribution of the Vienna Rothschild house to the Keren Hayesod was announced here yesterday by Baron Louis Rothschild.
The gift of $5,000, which was the second contribution of the Viennese Rothschilds to the Keren Hayesod, was earmarked for the upkeep of the agricultural experiment station in Tel Aviv.
The Viennese Rothschilds were previously known as antagonistic to the Palestine work.
