Sir Herbert Samuel, former High Commissioner of Palestine, will not proceed to the United States this year, it was learned here today.
It was originally stated that Sir Her-Herbert may go to the United States with Dr. Weizmann to complete the negotiations for the formation of the extended Jewish Agency.
