Tadeusz Malina, one of the main initiators of the trial of Stanislaw Steiger and state attorney in the Lemberg Court of Appeals, was placed on the list of retired state officials.
Malina was attorney for the state in the trial of Stanislaw Steiger, who was acquited of the charge of having thrown the bomb at former president Wojciechowski.
