Bethlen Will Promise Numerus Clausus Law Change During Elections

The Hungarian numerus clausus law limiting the number of Jewish students in the Hungarian Universities will be modified, a report received by the “Neue Freie Presse” here states.

The newspaper declares that it has learned that Premier Count Bethlen will make this announcement in an election manifesto which he will issue. This is intended to gain the Jewish vote in the forthcoming Hungarian elections, it is stated.
