Dr. Joseph A. Rosen, head of the Agrojoint, the agency of the Joint Distribution Committee in Soviet Russia, arrived here yesterday.
When interviewed by the representative of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency, Dr. Rosen stated he was sure that enough land for the settlement work for this year will be allotted in the Crimea.
Rabbi Abram L. Feinberg of Wheeling, West Virginia, was installed Friday evening as associate rabbi of Temple Israel, New York City, of which the Rev. Dr. Maurice H. Harris is rabbi.
