A meeting of the Joint Ica Reconstruction Foundation took place on January 6th and 7th at the headquarters of the Jewish Colonization Association here. The Foundation is composed of twenty members, of whom six represent the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee, six the Jewish Colonization Association and eight representing various Jewish organization in several countries which were appointed by the J. D. C. and the Ica.

It was reported that the Jewish Colonization Association and the Joint Distribution Committee have invested through the Foundation, nearly $2,000,000 in loan Kassas in the various countries.
