Arab Destroyers of Pica Plantations Are Fined by Haifa Court

Punishment for destroying the eucalyptus tree plantations on the Pica land in Cacsarea was meted out by the district court here.

Wabi El Bustani, leader of the Arab villagers who destroyed the plantations, was ordered to pay a fine of £100 and £65 to the Pica for the damage done. Eight Bedouins were fined £2 each, the sheik was fined £5.

An attack on one of the Jewish watchmen at the colony Hulda took place last night. The watchman was stabbed by an Arab. His condition is grave.
