Moses Hurwitch formerly Minister of Health in the Ukraine and at present head of the Foreign Department of the Soviet Supreme Economic Council heads the Soviet commission which sailed for New York yesterday.
The purpose of the commission is to seek to greate ## trade relations between Eussin and the United States. The commission will place orders in America for machinery which was ## in England price to the capture of the Anglo-Soviet relations.
