The next High Commissioner of Palestine, as the representative of Great Britain in the administration of the mandated territory, will be a Hindu, according to a report published today by the “London Daily Sketch.”

When Lord Plumer’s term ends it is likely that the candidate to succeed him will be an Indian prince. For this post Jam Sahib, famous cricketer, is being suggested. It is pointed out that a Hindu will be impartial toward the Jews, Christians and Moslems of Palestine.
