Nov. 2 is Balfour’s Immortality Date, Dr. Z. H. Chajes Declares at Massmeeting in Vienna (Jewish Telegraphic Agency)
The tenth anniversary of the Balfour Declaration was celebrated here yesterday by Zionist leaders at a mass meeting at Concert-haus. Large crowds attended the meeting which was addressed by Rabbi Z. H. Chajes. “November 2, 1927 is Balfour’s immortality date,” he declared.
A message of congratulations was despatched to Lord Balfour.
