Edouard Oungre Honored by French Government

Edouard Oungre, one of the managers of the Jewish Colonization Association, and a director of the Hicem, the agency of the Hias, Ica and Emigdirekt, was honored by the French Government for his services during the World War.

The order Knight of the Legion of Honor was conferred upon M. Oungre who was an officer in the French army during the war.
