Rabbi Schneursohn, the Lubawitcher Rebbe, well known Chassidic leader who recently left Russia to settle in Latvia, arrived here this morning.
A large crowd of Chassidic followers welcomed the Rabbi at the station. He will remain in the city a few weeks.
