Herr Goebbels, leader of the National Socialist Party, was sentenced to a term in jail for inciting the population to acts of violence.

When the verdict was rendered a group of Hitlerites started a riot, severely mistreating an Evangelical pastor and a member of the editorial staff of the “Lokal Anzeiger,” mistaking them for Jews.
