New England Votes Confidence in Z.O.A. Leaders

After an all day debate delegates attending the convention of the New England Zionist Region at the Hotel Kimball here voted confidence in the leadership of the Zionist Organization of America headed by Louis Lipsky. The vote was 118 to 9.

Two orthodox congregations of Cincinnati, O., ratified at a joint meeting the agreement to merge. A committee was named from each congregation and empowered to consider plans for building a temple for the merged synagogues.

The congregations involved are Ahavath Achim Synagogue and the Tifereth Zion Synagogue. The two groups have a commembership of 350.
