Representatives of the Mizrachi, Orthodox Zionist organization, left the Zionist Education Council sessions in protest against the economy education budget drafted by Dr. Bergson.

The reduction in the school budget would mean ruin to the Mizrachi school system, the Mizrachi representatives declared.

They also protested against the dismissal of 65 Mizrachi teachers, without the consent of the Mizrachi education inspector, which is a contradiction of the educational constitution approved by the last Zionist Congress and the matter will be brought before the meeting of the Actions Committee in Berlin.

About 200 teachers and kindergarten mistresses will be dismissed for the sake of economy, according to a decision of the Zionist Executive.
