Criticism of the World Zionist Organization for failure to transfer the remains of Theodar Herzl to Palestine, notwithstanding the fact that resolutions to this effect were adopted by the Zionist Congress, was voiced by Dr. Ringel in connection with the twenty-fourth anniversary of the Zionist leader’s death, commemorated this week.

Writing in the “Lemberger Morgen.” Yiddish daily, Dr. Ringel asks why the Zionist Executive has ignored the Congress resolutions to this effect and why the Executive took no steps to secure at least the placing of a memorial tablet on the Paris house where Dr. Herzi wrote his “Jewish State.”
