Anti-Jewish attacks were reported from the village, Dashinisha, where Jewish pasersby in teh streets were severely beaten.
Hooligans broke the windows of Jewish houses, and terrorized the Jewish residents of the village.
The police were unable to establish the guilt of the attackers as the Jews, in fear of a repetition refused to testify. There is no police station within twenty miles of the village, and the holligans were able to perpetrate their attacks without fear of arrest.
