A bon voisinage (good neighbors) treaty between Transjordania and the surrounding territories under the French Mandate was signed today by Acting High Commissioner H.C. Luke, in behalf of Transjordania.

According to the provisions of the treaty all disputes arising between Transjordania and any of the neighboring territories will be settled by a mixed court. The parties also undertake to establish an arbitration commission to settle conflicts between warring tribes.
