“The Club Roster of New York,” containing a list of thirty-four Jewish city and country clubs in the metropolitan district, their officers, and the names and addresses of their membership constituting a volume of 475 pages, has been published by the Club Roster Book Company of New York. It was pointed out that the Social Register and the present Club Membership Book do not contain Jewish clubs. It was to fill this gap that a number of men sponsored the publication of the present volume.

The club members are located alphabetically, giving the names and addresses, the name of the business firm, all club affiliations as well as the business or profession.

The Jewish clubs listed are the mollowing: Beach Point, Broadmoor Country, Centertown, Century Country, City Athletic, Columbia Club of New York, Criterion, Elmsford Country, Fairview Country, Fenimore Country, Fresh Meadow Country, Glen Oaks Golf and Country, Grove, Harmonie, Hollywood Golf, Inwood Country, Metropolis, Metrepolis Country.
