Prevented from carrying on an open warfare by agreements entered into with the authorities, the Nationalistic Hungarian students who cannot tolerate the presence of a few Jewish students in their classes, have apparently embarked upon a guerilla war.

In addition to the attack from under cover, perpetrated upon a group of Jewish students of the veterinary institute yesterday, in a neighboring park, five Jewish students of the technical institute were attacked in the corridor and cruelly beaten. The assailants fled. The Senate of the technical institute again posted an announcement that in case of a repetition of such attacks, the institute will be closed.
