A conference preparatory to the launching of the United Palestine Appeal Campaign in Greater New York will be held Sunday, Dec. 16th at the Hotel Pennsylvania, to formulate plans for the campaign on the East Side.
Addresses will be delivered at the conference by Dr. S. Margoshes, Editor of “The Day,” Dr. I. M. Rubinow, Executive Director of the U.P. A., Jonah J. Goldstein, Honorary Chairman of the United Palestine Appeal in the downtown district, Mordecai Danzis, Philip Luria, President of the downtown U. P. A. Jacob Fishman, Managing Editor of the “Jewish Morning Journal,” will preside. A call to the conference has been issued to the various organizations in the downtown district by a committee headed by Morris Kramer.
