Aged Philanthropist Addresses Letter to Grand Mufti (Jewish Telegraphic Agency)

An appeal to the Moslems of Palestine to end the controversy over the Wailing Wall was made by Nathan Straus, famous American Jewish philanthropist, in a letter he addressed to the Grand Mufti, it was learned here today.

It was stated that in his letter the aged philanthropist asked the spiritual leader of the Moslems to use his influence toward establishing better relationship between the Moslems and the other communities in Palestine.
