New Spanish Representative on Mandates Commission

The government of Spain has appointed a new representative to the Permanent Mandates Commission of the League of Nations, the body which has the power of review concerning the administration of the mandated territories.

Count Depenha Garcia was appointed to succeed General Freire D. Andrade, who resigned because of illness.
