“Poppa,” a play by Bella and Samuel Spewack, opened Monday night at the Biltmore Theatre, New York. The play, produced by H. S. Kraft, is described as a “folk comedy.” The leading roles are played by Anna Apple and Jechiel Goldsmith, with a large supporting cast.
