King Receives New Latvian Consul for Bulgaria

The new Latvian Consul for Bulgaria, Mr. Klugman was officially accepted by the Bulgarian Government and received by King Boris, according to word received here from Sofia.

On his way to Bulgaria, Mr. Klugman was honored by the Latvian consulate in Berlin, which arranged a reception in his honor.

A Latvian Jew, Mr. Brakeman, has also been appointed Consul to Portugal.
