The Palestine Government has ordered the deportation of a seventy year old Jew from Morocco, who coming to Palestine in 1922 as a tourist, because he failed to file a request for permission to remain in the country in time. Although he has a wife and daughter who are legal residents of the country, and the French Consul’s intervention was solicited, the efforts to prevent the deportation proved unavailing.
