Close All Synagogues, Except 2, in Leningrad

All Jewish houses of worship in Leningrad were closed by the order of authorities, with the exception of two, reports received here state.

The exception was made for the Leningrad Main Synagogue, and a small congregation bearing the name “Zemach Zedek.”
