Cardinal Gasparri, Secretary of State of the Vatican, gave an audience today to Jacob Landau, managing director of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency, who is on his way here from Palestine. Mr. Landau was presented to the Cardinal by Mgr. Spellman, a high Vatican official. It was said to be the first time that Cardinal Gasparri has received a Jewish press representative.
