The executive and the legislative bodies for the administration of the Jewish communal affairs in Warsaw are at war since the executive committee at its session, Sunday, decided to ignore the vote of “no confidence” passed by the Kehillah Council.

The Kehillah executive also declined to agree to the creation of a Control Commission of Seven to review the executive activities as was demanded in the resolution adopted by the Council. The executive based its decision on the contention that the vote was passed in the absence of a quorum and is therefore not binding.
