An international home to shelter women emigrants who pass through here unaccompanied on their journeys overseas will be established here with the cooperation of Jewish, Catholic and Protestant women’s societies.

This was decided upon at a joint conference just concluded here. It was found that the house of shelter was niecessary to combat white slavery.
