David M. Bressler of the Executive Committee of the Joint Distribution Committee, and acting chairman of the New York United Jewish Campaign, and Joseph C. Hyman, secretary of the Joint Distribution Committee, sailed last night on the steamer Berengaria for Europe. They will confer with Dr. Joseph Rosen, Dr. Bernhard Kahn and David J. Schweitzer, representatives of the Joint Distribution Committee in Europe. They will visit some of the countries in which the Joint Distribution Committee is carrying on its work.
