Four students of the Talmudical academy of Telz. Lithuania, were seriously injured in an attack perpetrated by hooligans, it is reported here from Kovno.
The Kovno authorities were officially notified of the occurrence by the head of the Telz Yeshiva. The police refused to interven. An investigation was instituted.
