A chair for the study of the Hebrew language will be included in the School of Philology and History of the American University at Beirut this year.
The chair will be occupied by a Syrian Arab who is now completing a course with Prof. Horowitz at Frankfort, Germany.
The Archive of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency includes articles published from 1923 to 2008. Archive stories reflect the journalistic standards and practices of the time they were published.
