That the first stage in the activities of the Committee on Good Will Between Jews and Christians of the Federal Council of Churches has been successfully developed is evident from the annual report of the Council which will be submitted to its executive meeting in Chicago, December 4, 5 and 6 Under the anspices of the National Conference of Jews and Christians and the Conference of Younger Churchmen, a rabbi, a Protestant minister and a Catholic priest will speak on “The Problems of Understanding Among Jews, Roman Catholics and Protestants” at the Knights of Columbus Club, December 7, Among the speakers will be Rabbi Israel Goldstein. The Federal Council’s report points out that the “committee has found ways in which Christians and Jews could and would cooperate on community enterprises in various cities, and in fields where they were ready to ally themselves in common tasks of social service.”
