Economic anti-Semitism expels Jews from production in Hungary complained Dr. Kuszhabern, president of the Budapest Kehillah (community) at the annual Kehillah meeting. Summarizing the situation of the Hungarian Jews he declared that only open-anti-Semitism in the university is being reduced because of the energetic measures taken by the government but that the Jews suffer from an economic depression which is doing more harm than good to the country. He pointed out that Hungarian Jewry is seriously perturbed about the situation.
