“It is a pity that the recent Anglo-Soviet understanding over propaganda, which also applies to the British dominions, evidently does not include Mandated territories,” says the Hebrew paper “Ha’Aretz,” “or we might have been rid of at least a part of the Communist and pro-Arab propaganda by Moscow agents whose Palestine confederates include leading Arabs and young Jewish Communists on the blacklist.”
